“ This is a quiet pizzeria on the Houghton side of the Safeway on Broadway. I like to go here for lunch frequently. Parking is ample and easy. Cleanliness/Ambiance-The ambiance is minimal....industrial, somewhat ordinary, but it is clean and functional. 3 stars Service-The service here is OUTSTANDING. The staff is efficient, pleasant and ALWAYS makes me feel welcome. 5 stars Food-I usually order the lunch special of drink and personal pizza, the Magpied, the Beast or BBQ chicken. House salad on side sometimes. The price is extremely fair, and the personal pizza is the perfect size for lunch. The toppings are just right, the crust is crunchy and chewy and the sauce is delicious, balanced and just enough garlic to punch it up. I also order the wings to go sometimes, they are oven baked, but very tasty and i get them with the Magpie hot sauce and plus them up when I get home. 4 stars This is a reliably good pizzeria, locally run and operated by people who give the work they do effort. Happy to have found this hidden gem! ”
